Our refund and return policy is 30 days after delivery of your product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This may take up to 2 business days arrive your return is received.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund may take up to 5 business days to process through your credit card or banking institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your credit card, banking institution or account where your original payment was processed from.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted back to your original form of payment, those time frames are subject to change from the credit card company or banking institution. Please contact your credit card company or banking institution to verify if your refund has processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will be considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to request an exchange, send us an email at [email protected]
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping cost for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary through your mailing service. The time a product is in shipment back to Filterz Direct does not count towards the processing of returns or refunds.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that your return will arrive at our location, until we have received a product and confirmed the item’s condition, we are unable to process any return claim.
